RMG adopted an off-site modular construction approach for the Jackson School redevelopment (a government special school catering to students with mild intellectual disabilities). Eighteen individual modules were transported to site, craned into place and installed in a near-complete state.
We were requested to capture comprehensive aerial footage, time-lapse sequences and high-quality stills of the installation process, focusing on the removal of old classrooms and subsequent placement of modular buildings.
Crane-mounted cameras, time lapse and aerial drones were utilised to capture multiple angles of footage.
RMG project managed the redevelopment of the Mercy Junortoun Sporting Precinct at Catherine McAuley College in Regional Victoria.
We were asked to capture aerial footage and stills of the construction site, recreating a similar flight path to the original (pre-construction) footage provided prior.
We wanted minimal people on site, flying the drone both inside and outside the gymnasium, therefore the project took place out of hours, making the allowance for most trades to be ceased operation for the day.
RMG project managed to replace higher-risk ACP-PE cladding at a Doncaster apartment building. This building was one of more than 40 projects RMG has successfully managed for the Victorian Government’s world-leading cladding rectification program.
We were required to capture stunning aerial drone footage and high-quality stills showcasing the Doncaster Residential Apartment Building. The goal was to obtain captivating imagery from the best possible angles, leveraging rooftop access to provide a unique and comprehensive perspective.
